Reservation Policies

For all Holidays and Summer Weekends beginning May 15th to September 15th:

1.  A $30.00 deposit is required at the time you make the reservation.
2.  If the deposit is not made within 5 days of the drop off date, the reservation may be cancelled.
3.  If you cancel with 5 or more days prior notice, you will get a full refund of the deposit.
4.  If you cancel within 5 days of the drop off date or fail to bring the pup in for the scheduled boarding, you will forfeit the deposit.
5.  Deposits cannot be used towards any other services.
